  Payment
Payment is by credit or debit card, and all transactions are through PayPal. You do not need to hold a PayPal account to buy through our website. Simply follow the prompts at checkout.

Payment Data
Molly and Berts do not collect, hold or store any card or personal data related to payments. For this reason you will be asked to enter your information for each purchase (unless you are an existing PayPal customer).

Delivery Times
Molly and Berts aim to deliver your goods (UK) within seven working days from receipt of your order (subject to availability). Overseas orders (outside UK) will aim to be dispatched within five working days. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will advise you accordingly and provide an estimated delivery.

Delivery Cost
Delivery cost is automatically calculated by the Molly and Berts shopping cart, based on weight of order and country of delivery.

Multiple Delivery Addresses
If you would like items delivered to more than one address, you will need to make a separate order for each delivery address.

Urgent Orders / Express Delivery
For urgent orders please let Molly and Berts know and we will do our best to meet your deadline, including next day delivery where possible (within the UK). It is also possible to arrange express overseas or courier overseas delivery (eg: DHL). Cost for next day or express delivery will be calculated upon request and we will send a separate PayPal request for the excess which must be paid before goods can be despatched.

Refunds and Returns
Molly and Berts hope you will love your London goodies, but offer a full refund for goods returned within 14 days from date of purchase, for whatever reason, provided they are returned in accordance with any instructions and in perfect condition. All original packaging must also be returned. If you are returning any of our china items, you must use Moly and Berts’ original mailing box for posting. Please also include any reasons or comments as we take customer satisfaction very seriously, and will always listen to your suggestions.

We can only refund or replace items that arrive intact, barring any faults, so please send goods by recorded or Special Delivery and obtain a receipt for postage. Until the returns are received by Molly and Berts they are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Postage Refunds
If goods are faulty or incorrect Molly and Berts will refund the delivery costs as well as the cost of your original purchase and your return postage.

If returned goods are not faulty we are unfortunately unable to refund the return or original postage costs. However, if you choose to exchange your items we do offer free post and packaging for your exchange order.

Product Descriptions
We undertake, to the best of our ability, to accurately describe and illustrate all our products, but please remember colours on computer screens do not always exactly represent the true colour of an object. It is possible that exact colour, size and other specifications (including price) may occasionally change due to circumstances beyond our control.

Product Availability
All our products are offered subject to availability. In the unlikely event that one of our products becomes unavailable after a purchase has been made we will notify you with the option to either wait for a longer delivery time (if possible), exchange for a similar item, or receive a refund for your purchase.

TAX
All our prices are inclusive of UK retail taxes (eg VAT). If you are buying from outside the UK however you may need to pay customs or other duties on delivery.

Privacy
We respect your privacy and will never share your information with other companies. We will only send you copies of our e-letter or information about events and special offers if you have specifically requested to join our mailing list.

Security
Molly and Berts undertake to maintain a secure site, but internet transmissions cannot be considered 100% secure or private.  For this reason there is always a possibility any message or information may be intercepted. However because we use PayPal for all payments you may be reassured that their security is as tight as on-line security can be.

We do have links both to and from our website, and it is your choice whether or not to use these links. We have not vetted these sites, and if you do use them it is at your own risk and we assume no responsibility whatsoever for any content or security of any site to which we are linked

Amendments
We reserve the right to alter amend add to or remove all or any part of this Policy Statement at any time without notice and any changes to this Policy Statement or any other terms shown on our website apply with immediate effect of being published. By continuing to use this website after any changes are displayed you indicate your acceptance of those changes.
